Personal Information refers to information about you that is personally identifiable, including but not limited to your name, national ID number, birth certificate number, passport number, nationality, address, phone number, fax number, banking information, credit card information, ethnicity, gender, date of birth, marital status, residency status, educational background, financial status, personal interests, email address, occupation, your identification in babysitter, your information in babysitter, your industry of work, any information about you that you have provided to babysitter in registration forms, membership applications or any similar forms and/or any information about you that has been or will be collected, stored, used and processed by babysitter over time and includes sensitive personal information such as health data, religion or other similar beliefs.
